Quick update friends –

As we eagerly await certainty of what the government is going to propose we hope to be back in the office at least part time beginning June 1st. Fingers crossed. We are not sure if they will be pushing back non essential employees another month till the end of June , GOSH we hope not. But we can never be certain. I have mailed out over 10 orders of contacts and over 20 pairs of completed glasses directly to our patients homes. Our contact lens company is SHIPPING FREE all orders right to your home! We have taken MAJOR sanitizing approaches and have cleaned each and every piece of our office while we’ve been down. I hope to be able to give you some good news in the next coming weeks. We’d like to go back to what we do best and that’s giving you stellar eyewear and eyecare.

Our hearts go out to those families directy impacted by the virus. Each and everyone of us will make the difference. We will all come through this stronger together.

We will all continue to monitor updates provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) and follow all governmental regulations. Cancellations & Policy’s

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must call us immediately. {same day} 30% cancellation fee applies. The majority of our orders are dispatched within 1 hour from the order written up. Once the order goes into edging these lenses we do not get credit for.

Contact lens returns

Unfortunately our contact lens distributors  DO NOT ACCEPT any returns on boxes of lenses. We will make no exception for contact lens returns.


All contact lens rx’s must be valid within the year, and prescriptions cannot be expired.


In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must call us and inform us of the reason immediately. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned ASAP so we can redo the lenses and reorder the frame if need be.


To exchange a product, you must call us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 15 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. MAKE NOTE: There are Lens fee’s for recuts on lenses. Our labs don’t care if you like your frame and we do get charges for new lenses. Of course our store has no problem switching out your frame, just note the lenses will be recharged to you. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated if your mailing them into our store. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels.
